Can't see list of programs in Ubuntu Software

On booting, when opening ubuntu software center,sometimes you see the editors picks sometimes you dont but 100% of the time, the installed software list page never opens.

Sounds like software-center NOT ubuntu-release-upgrader package

There is no 'software-center' package in Ubuntu 20.10. You are either running 'gnome-software' (also known as Ubuntu Software) or the snap package 'snap-store-desktop'.

Reassigning to gnome-software for now.
