Double Deb sources in Ubuntu Software

Bug Description
(some?) apps have two Deb sources in Ubuntu Software. E.g. GnuCash has two identical deb sources, and two different Flatpak sources (the latter is correct as one is a user installation and one is a system installation).

Once the description is understandable - since you can install a package on the whole system, or only to a distinct user. This may effect the code you are checking out.
However this shouldn't be recognisable to the user.
The user once have decided it in checkbox-style during the installation process, the dependencies or the package installed are to be decided by the installer - not by the user.
