Bug Description
The "Sign In…" string seems to be untranslated in deb version of GNOME Software on Ubuntu 20.04 and is not available for translation on Launchpad.

My proposed fix was rejected with this comment:
"Going to reject now since gnome-software got unpatched, snap-store has the Ubuntu improvements and gnome-software is back to be what upstream provides"
