Bug Description

I downloaded a deb package (in this case Skype, but it's happened with other downloaded debs) and the package installed correctly. However, upon completion, the gnome-software window displayed

Unable to find "[Invalid UTF-8]"

I can close the window and everything is fine. It's just weird that it displays this message.

I've attached a screenshot.
