Bug Description

It seems all open-source packages, including for example the official package for lshw (https://packages.ubuntu.com/disco/lshw) seem to be listed as "Proprietary" in gnome-software/Ubuntu Software. This seems to happen in Ubuntu 18.04 and newer, with official and 3rd party packages (like those from virtualbox.org).

Thank you for your bug report, could you a 'journalctl -b 0' log from a session where you noticed the issue?
