Bug Description

In Ubuntu 18.10, Gnome Software has the option to sign in to Snap Store.

This option is ambiguous as it may lead users to believe they need to sign in to interact with snaps.

The sign in should either lead to clearly defined activity (e.g. download, account sync, etc) or not be shown.
