"Close" string not marked for translation

Bug Description

It looks like that string for the "Close" button from the Permissions window of GNOME Software is not available for translation. Would it be possible to fix this? Thanks!

Gunnar, it's the permission dialogs for installed snaps.

It looks like the files added here need to be added to po/POTFILES.in

Could you describe what actions you take to trigger that dialog and maybe add a screenshot?

Test Case
---------
Open GNOME Software.
Search for Chromium.
Install it (this is the Chromium snap).
Click the Chromium details page.
There is a third button named Permissions next to the Launch button and the Remove button.
Click Permissions. There is a Close button in the dialog's header bar.
