Bug Description

I think we must have regressed this when we switched to PK. The PK plugin doesn't handle launching from a URL. That is,

  $ gnome-software apt://foo

doesn't work.

I asked hughsie and he said it was OK to add this feature upstream.

It's not so severe since apturl is still installed by default and seems to take precedence, meaning that apt://foo does actually still work.
