Thank you for your bug report. Was that the snap that you installed? Did the installation work?

I was using the super key to search for libre office base and it came up in the results under software, so I clicked to install it and it came up with the error and suggested I submit the bug with the info it had generated. I did this, then tried installing from command line sudo apt install libreoffice-base I think. I can't recall at this point whether it may have said it was already installed or went through the install process. In any event, when I used the super key to find libre office, base was now available and I have used it successfully with no problems. Cheers
