snap is listed twice as installed but is not installed

Bug Description

I've been playing with G-S and snaps for a while and now it's in a situation where a snap is displayed twice in the list of installed applications but is actually not installed on the system (cf screenshot)

Is that still the case? Is the issue persistent after a restart? What does "snap list" tell?

ignore the "snap list" question, I didn't see at first that the right side of the screenshot was having that information

Now I've the opposite problem where not all the snaps installed are listed in 'installed packages'
