UI does not show snaps as removed when several are removed from the "Installed page"

Test Case
1. Install several snap packages
2. Go to the installed page
3. Uninstall them one by one without waiting for the completion of the removal to remove next snap

Actual result
snaps are physically removed but they are not all removed from the list
