gnome-software don't install e.g gnome-tweak tool

Bug Description
When installing gnome-tweak-tool and also chromium, gnome-tweak-tool provides the error message "Enable Third-party Software Source? GNOME Tweaks is provided by "ubuntu-
However this source is already enabled and Packages will install gnome-tweak-tool.
There is also problems with the search function. When you start gnome-software and search for e.g tweak no results are presented. However if you click on the desktop outside of gnome-software results are presented.
