Bug Description
On Ubuntu GNOME 17.04:
Open the GNOME Software app.
Search for moon-buggy and install it.
Enter your Ubuntu One (Launchpad) credentials when prompted.
A PolicyKit prompt asks for your password. The message from Snap is in Azerbaijani. It should be in English to match my locale: en_US.
"Snap Yuklemek veya Kaldirmak icin dogrulama gerekli !"
I was not able to duplicate this bug on Ubuntu GNOME 16.04 LTS. I did not try elsewhere.

Thanks for reporting.
Looks like this issue has already been reported as bug 1700764, so I'm marking this as a duplicate. Since multiple people (and locales) are affected, it looks like this might happen when attempting to install any snap.
