Gnome-Software shows an "Install"-Button for already installed software

Bug Description
Sometimes The Gnome Software Center shows an "Install"-Button for Software that is already installed. Pressing it will cause a password prompt and after that the "Start"- and "Remove"-Buttons will appear.
