snapd operations don't contain progress information

Bug Description

Polling for snapd operation status (/2.0/operations/[uuid]) doesn't seem to provide any information about progress (e.g. download count / rate). This makes it hard to estimate when an operation will complete.

In comparison, 'snappy install' shows download information.
