Doesn't refresh the updates list after installation

Bug Description
Using current xenial, gnome-softwares listed a bunch of updates including evince, I clicked on the "install" buttons and it upgraded it correctly, but after upgrade it's still listed in the update with an "install" button.
Clicking on the refresh button doesn't make it go away either, you need to restart gnome-software to have it off the list
