Screen is blinking at specific points. Its happening firefox app, application screen.

the screen blinks if the mouse is on or passes over a particular point.
My laptop is Lenovo Ideapad 310-15IKB. Display driver is nvidia-driver-535.
I have used Ubuntu 22 before and did not experience this problem. I started having this problem when I upgraded to Ubuntu 24.
