On the second opening, app folder will not close on click outside

Can reproduce it every time :

Open an app folder, open an application in it then open again app grid, open the same app folder then if you click outside it, it won't close. you have to click on the escape key to close the folder.

the problem appears with certain folders but not all (mine is with the office folder)

This is append with gnome-shell 46. try with a new user and same problem.
Same problem on wayland or xorg
