Bug Description
Unlike my laptop, my desktop, has issues with the lockscreen background, which disappears and goes black after trying to unlock the lockscreen only after the login section (after you click or type something in the screen to put the password)
Didn't happen on Ubuntu 23.04 or 22.04 LTS
Happens even on a fresh 23.10 install.
Wayland session.
Tried MUTTER_
After some tests, it looks like it happens only when a double monitor is used.
The second monitor is not affected.
Changing the primary monitor for the dock didn't make any effect
The monitor having the issue: Gigabyte M27Q 2560x1440 170hz, using Displayport with FreeSync enabled
Second monitor, not having the issue: Zowie XL2411Z 1080p with DVI input.
There are no other symptoms or useful logs somewhere. The session works fine overall.
Disabling the gnome extensions didn't make any effect.

I guess one of the monitors is experiencing a soft hotplug and is redetected. Then bug 2013042 occurs.
