Not a Launchpad bug, so I'm moving this bug to Ubuntu as a best guess. I imagine it would help if you could provide rather more information: in particular, what program are you talking about?

affects: launchpad → ubuntu

It occurs when I open any program or even a system file browser, except for Chrome and Firefox browsers, which do not cause this problem
The problem occurs when the program opens on a full screen, and when I close the program and open it again, the problem disappears, but when it opens again on a full screen, it happens again. But when the program opens, if it is not a full screen, the problem does not occur.
It's a very annoying problem and it's driving me crazy
please help me because i love Ubuntu a lot and i can't use any another operating system :(

Emad, for now I'm moving this bug to the gnome-shell package although an Ubuntu developer might move this on to another package if necessary. Filing bugs against Launchpad will seldom reach the developers that can help resolve problems with an Ubuntu installation.

Please execute the following command only once, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal and give those that can help some information about your Ubuntu installation:

   apport-collect 2006044

When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu-bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs.

Unfortunately, after I sent you the details of the problem, I then downloaded more than one Window manager such as xfce4 / kde-plasma-desktop

I don't know if this will cause the problem to be blurred or not

summary: - Program opens in full screen and mouse pointer moves strangely when
- attempting to minimize the program on Ubuntu 22.10 system
