"Switch input sources individually for each window" does not remember the input source

Bug Description

When using:
Settings->keyboard->Input Source Switching->Switch input sources individually for each window

and set an input source for a window, then if I close the window and reopen it, it does not remember what input source was set to it, I have to set it every time.

Thank you for your bug report, indeed that options handles active windows but doesn't store state between restarts
