Bug Description

When doing the three-finger touchpad gesture to reveal the app grid, in the transition between the first screen with the desktop overview and the second screen with the app grid, the app grid starts animating with 8 columns (in a 1920x1080 screen resolution at least) and abruptly changes to 6 columns.
