sometimes keys repeat(and slight system freeze / hitch) whithout holding key.

Thanks for the bug report. Please start by removing unsupported extensions:

  cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell
  rm -rf extensions

and then log in again.

Does the problem still occur? If so then while it is happening please run:

  lspci -k > lspci.txt
  journalctl -b0 > journal.txt

and attach the resulting text files here.

This is happening on a default Jammy GNOME install. No extra extensions.

This starts when the machine reaches high uptime usually 2 weeks+
