Bug Description

Test Case
---------
Hover over one of the launchers in the Ubuntu Dock for a few seconds then move your cursor away.
Many times, the tooltip showing the name of the launcher keeps showing.

What Should Happen
------------------
The tooltip should disappear when the cursor is no longer hovering over the launcher. Otherwise, the tooltips cover part of the screen and are in the way.

I'm using the Ubuntu session on Wayland with gnome-shell 42. Intel graphics.

I can't seem to reproduce the problem here, but if confirmed it should be assigned to gnome-shell too (because this is ST "shell toolkit").

This bug was fixed in the package gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock - 72~ubuntu5

---------------
gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock (72~ubuntu5) jammy; urgency=medium

  * docking: Use proper monitor index variable to support DING integration
  * locations: Always ignore OR windows in windows-backed app implementation
  * dash: Handle possible null first button
  * appIcons: Use proper method on _setPopupTimeout call (LP: #1964996)
