In Ubuntu 22.04, the "Show Applications" icon at the bottom of the launcher gives the apps in undesired order.
This needs to be sorted in ascending order.

I'm moving this to 'gnome-shell' and confirming as some sort of order is required. There might already be an existing report in Ubuntu or upstream which has requested this though. I'll see what I can find.
