When opened modal password input window power off button don't work

Bug Description
I opened wifi connect dialog. When I need to write password for network conneciton, I wish to power off notebook, but modal window don't allowed it.

That doesn't sound like a bug. Modal shell dialogs like for network connections are meant to be modal so you can't access other features like powering off.
Please:
1. Try to explain the problem in different words.
2. Uninstall all of these extensions:

then log in again and tell us if the problem still happens.
