Bug Description
Hello,
I've got two displays set up in "Join Displays" mode, where screen 1 is above screen 2
When both monitors are enabled, the "Click and Drag" area on the desktop (and only the desktop!) is wrong. However, when one monitor is disabled, click & drag behaves properly.
When I depress the mouse on the bottom screen, the point I click on to start the 'square of selection' is correct, but the bottom left automatically starts 1000~ pixels (or more) below where I click.
Strangely, on the top monitor, the behaviour is different and the right 'x' coordinate is moved to the right about 700~ pixels
E.g in the picture below (top monitor), I clicked on the top right of the edge of the volcano, but it automatically added another selection point to the right of it.
