Monitor Settings Don't Get Applied in Wayland [JS ERROR: TypeError: this.actor is null -- vfunc_set_actor/this._monitorsChangedId<@resource:///org/gnome/shell/ui/layout.js:103:25]

When configuring a 1080p monitor and a 4k monitor in extended screen mode while using Wayland, when trying to change the screen positions or which screen is the primary screen in the Monitor Settings, the settings reset to default when Apply is clicked. Choosing to "Revert the Settings" during the 15-second timer causes it to apply the changed settings, but this resets whenever a pop-up message appears or when returning to the Monitor Settings.

Thank you for your bug report, could you add the 'journalctl -b 0' log after getting the issue?

Please uninstall or just disable your extensions via the Extensions app, then log out and log in again and tell us if the problem still occurs. If it does then please reproduce the problem again, and again run:

  journalctl -b0 > journal.txt

and attach the resulting text file here.
