1. Launch the 'Extensions' app and verify you only have the 3 default Ubuntu extensions. If you have any others then please disable them.

2. If you only have the 3 default Ubuntu extensions then please provide a screenshot of your desktop here, and then try disabling 'Ubuntu AppIndicators'.
