Super key does not open activities overview

After updating to Ubuntu Focal Fossa the Super key has stopped opening the Activities overview.

Shortcuts involving the Super key, e.g. Super+A or Super+L work fine, but nothing happens when only the Super key is pressed.

Thank you for your bug report, do you have several keyboard layouts configured? sounds like it could be bug #1871913

Yes, sounds pretty much like it. I have two keyboard layouts configured (German and Catalan). Now I realized that the Super key works when the active layout is the same as the top one in the Region & Language settings. If I change the order in the settings dialog, then it will work only for the language that was moved to the top.

Ok, someone already described that behavior, so it must be the same. Thank you and sorry for not noticing it before.
