Windows From Other Workspaces Shown After Triggering Activities Overview

When Activities Overview is triggered, windows from all workspaces are shown in the current. They cannot be interacted with, but appear under the current window. GNOME 3.36.0 under X and Wayland on Ubuntu 20.04 (development branch)
