Bug Description
Apologies for the awful title.
Steps to reproduce:
* Open an app
* Minimize it to the tray
* Enter and exit overview (Super key)
Result:
The minimized app will be unminimized but unresponsive. In fact it is even behind conky in my setup. Clicking on the app icon on the dash brings it to focus and restores the functionality of the app.
This is a regression, it wasn't happening a couple of days ago before a series of updates to gnome-shell, mutter and gjs.
