Bug Description

Reproduced on VmWare virtual machine.
Ubuntu" Desktop session worked after fresh install of Eoan 19.10 beta install + fresh update.

Added Italian language and set it system-wide
Restarted Ubuntu
Logging with "Ubuntu": session starts but mouse & keyboard do not respond --> have to hard reset the machine.

Logging with "Ubuntu Wayland": session starts and properly work.

The mouse pointer moves. I think this bug can be duplicated to https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1845198 .
