Bug Description
I use Ubuntu 18.04 LTS with gdm3 3.28.3
My native language is Spanish and my fullname use accents and hyphens (Néstor Rodríguez-Triana Domínguez) but it not appear in the gdm3 login screen, only my username (nrtriana). My locale is configured properly as:

I know the login screen has logic to switch between showing the full name or the user name. But I don't know what the condition for switching is...
