Battery of 66% shows full icon

The battery indicator at 66% show a full battery icon on 19.04
At about 55%ish he started to show a different icon (about 80% full icon)
Rebooting system did not help.
Updating system did not help.

This bug is about icon vs % displayed (icon full, % show 66%), it's not about estimation of discharge, it is about icon should match percentage.

I'm also affected by this bug from the Yaru snap on Bionic, which is the same Yaru theme on 19.04 I presume. And I don't think it's a bug in gnome-shell or hardware related.

Upstream adwaita-icon-theme added some fixes some time ago to the legacy battery icons (by now there are new battery icons), maybe Yaru have (had) the same issues:

From GNOME 3.34 onward, there are newer battery icons with 10% charging steps. The new icons are in adwaita-icon-theme 3.34¹ and yaru-theme 19.10.2², and gnome-shell 3.34³ has the required code to implement that, older releases don't.

This is fixed in the latest yaru-theme 19.10.4, gnome-shell 3.34 and adwaita-icon-theme 3.34.

However, yaru-theme in the Bionic snap is still on the legacy battery icons, which exhibit this bug, because the older gnome-shell 3.28 in Bionic cannot use the new battery icons.
