Recently upgraded from Ubuntu 18.10 to 19.04. The bug was not present before the upgrade.
Complete system freezes reproducible when running the PHPStorm (v. 2019.1) file operation named "Refactor"->"Rename" on a file and exactly when clicking the OK button to confirm the listed refactorings. It's not just the gnome shell freezing, but the whole system. I can't switch to a text shell anymore, only option is a hardware power off.
