Bug Description
Ubuntu 19.04 fresh upgrade
Hotspot was working on Elitebook 740G2 on Ubuntu 16.04
was no longer working on Ubuntu 18.04
When Wifi is enabled, I can connect to wifi router. So wifi works
When choosing "Turn on Wi-Fi Hotspot" it pops up the dialog box if I want to Turn on or Cancel, when choosing "Turn on" it crashes (Screen goes black) or it clears the "Visible Networks" box, a few seconds later is shows available networks again

Thank you for your bug report. Could you add your 'journalctl -b 0' log after getting the issue?
When you say that the screen goes black, are you speaking about the settings part of the session? Does it come back after a while?
