1. I don't see the language switching icon.
2. I expect to see her switching languages.
3. When installed on a new computer, some icons disappear (language, network), or the display is distorted, for example, the wi-fi icon is displayed with a delay of about a minute.

Thank you for your bug report, it's still not clear from the video what your issue is exactly. Is the issue that the keyboard layout indicator is missing (which is probably https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/merge_requests/187)?

Also you reported that bug against the pdf viewer evince, that seems wrong. You probably wanted to describe the issue with the top panel which is from gnome-shell
