Bug Description

Immediately after upgrade to 18.04.01 from 16.04.01, the lock screen of this laptop (an HP 6910p) became corrupt. When logged in and using the system, video display is fine, but the lock screen is consistently garbled as in the attached photo. Switching to Wayland made no difference in this behavior.

Thanks. Unfortunately that didn't attach everything I was thinking of. Can you please also:

1. Run 'lspci -k' and attach the output.

2. Run 'dpkg -l > allpackages.txt' and attach the file 'allpackages.txt'.
