gnome-shell crashed with SIGSEGV in gdk_x11_window_get_xid()

Bug Description

Gnome crashed by itself without doing anything other than waking it up from standby and then waiting a few minutes.
I am also using Synergy and my mouse pointer is not always on the screen because of that. I don't know if this helps.
