Issue with load after login into Ubuntu

Bug Description
When I turn of computer, then turn on and change graphical environment (from default Ubuntu environments) in login manager, screen is empty and I see only background color. HDD stop load (don't load) gnome-shell and other important tasks.
- On my computer is all software fully actual.
- I am logged on in Ubuntu Single Sign-On (in PC Ubuntu). It is probably very helpful for developers for find issue.
Tasks for developers of Ubuntu:
- add/create in next update effective diagnostic tool for issue of this type. Source of issue will automatically instantly sent via internet to Ubuntu developers. If is it no possible, source of issue (bug report) will automatically saved on HDD, and when will successfully logged, issue will sent to Ubuntu developer team

Other bug with Ubuntu Software
If I install any application from Snap Store and look on other application in Ubuntu Software during installation, I see small issues. More information you can see on print-screen – in was during installation moment of Skype. Text of notification is incorrect too.

When you only see the background colour, is that after you type your password, or before?
