Bug Description

Happens when I log in, just sits on a gray-ish blank screen for about a minute before loading the gnome shell.

I'm on the Ubuntu 18.04 Beta using Nvidia 390.48 drivers from the Graphics drivers PPA. Not 100% sure if it's related.
