Open rhythmbox, connect an MTP device (sansa fuze+ rockbox here)
Open music within the DLNA server
Pick music from that and drag drop them to the MTP device in left panel
Should do: Convert and copy the track to the MTP device
Do: Freeze rhythmbox and full desktop for longer period, gnome-shell and rhythmbox restarts
