My Microsoft Sculpt Bluetooth mouse does not reconnect when I reboot.

Bug Description

I am able to connect and use my Bluetooth Microsoft Sculpt mouse but it does not reconnect each time I reboot. I have to remove it and then connect to it again fresh. I do not have this problem with Ubuntu 17.10.
