Bug Description
This is an HPx360 laptop with AMD Ryzen5 2500U APU & Radeon Vega mobile graphics.
The error shows up with kernel 4.15.7.
The system hangs on boot with the 4.16.rc4 kernel

While the BugSplat error window shows up, the system continues to work after this error when I use kernel 4.15.7.
Kernel 4.16.rc4 hangs during boot, and it normally hangs on a "Gnome Desktop" related routine.
