I am affected by the same bug. Some extra information: - tapping definitely does something, as brief animation can be seen (icons flying away and back from button) - Sometimes tapping on icons switches on drag and drop mode (and stays like that), even though tap itself was short - I have tried cinnamon desktop (mint), and there was similar problem. Although mint menu would show, it was completely unresponsive.
