Bug Description
With an external monitor attached and the internal display being a touch screen, set the output to the external display only.
The internal display is disabled (it is turned off) but the touch screen is still active. The actions are visible on the external display (eg selection, osk) but it not useful (for example the osk is displayed but cannot be used)
