Bug Description

Keyboard shortcuts does not have any effect when after suspend in gnome desktop.
(suspend: Alt+changed shudtown icon. https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2212872 )

* What happens *
  When I press keyboard shortcut, the shortcut does not run the associated command.
(ex. PrintScreen, Ctrl+Shift+T)

* What I expect *
  Press shortcut, I expect that the shortcut launches the associated command.

Ubuntu version: 16.04 amd64

apport-collect 1714035
