Bug Description
Resuming from suspend requires no password.
Perhaps because we don't use gdm?....
Test case:
1. Click the power menu
2. Hold down Alt so the power button changes to a pause button.
3. Click it to suspend the system
4. Wake the system
Expected: A password prompt
Observed: My original desktop fully unlocked
