Bug Description

Resuming from suspend requires no password.

Perhaps because we don't use gdm?....

Test case:
  1. Click the power menu
  2. Hold down Alt so the power button changes to a pause button.
  3. Click it to suspend the system
  4. Wake the system

Expected: A password prompt
Observed: My original desktop fully unlocked
